The public website should submit intake data to a YHWH Systems-controlled backend first. Any CRM integration should be handled through an adapter layer rather than hardcoded UI logic.

Future Portal
Future portal accounts must be created or invited by YHWH Systems administrators. Public self-registration is not part of the planned model.
